Deborah is the former chairperson of the 4 A’s Multicultural Media Committee and currently serves as Vice Chair of Nielsen’s external African American Advisory Council. Deborah is the author of The Young Professional’s Handbook, a primer for young people entering the professional workforce.

Residing in Charlotte, NC, Alisa has been married to Keith Joseph for over 22 years and they have three children.

Terri L. Williams is the President and Founder of Panache Career Strategies, a boutique leadership training company, that focuses on professional and executive presence. Additionally, she serves as the Chief of Protocol for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. An experienced corporate protocol and human resource management practitioner within the federal government, for more than 20 years, Terri has worked in a variety of executive roles across three Cabinet-level organizations including the Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, and the Department of Transportation. Her work includes a variety of Cabinet-level strategic initiatives, in particular, the Secretary of Veterans Affairs’ Task Force for the Employment and Advancement of Women and the Secretary of Transportation’s Future of Aviation Advisory Committee.
An avid believer in life-long learning, Terri is an alumnus of a myriad of institutions including but not limited to the Federal Executive Institute, Georgetown University, American University, and the US Army War College. Terri holds dual graduate degrees and has earned a Master of Business Administration (Human Resource Management), and a Master of Science in Management. Her undergraduate work includes the Bachelor of Business Administration, and an Associates in General Studies.
The Women in Military Service (WIMSA) memorial selected Terri as the US Army representative for their Commemorative Postage Stamp honoring women in our military in 1997. In addition, Terri has received several civilian and military awards to include the Secretary of Transportation Partnership in Excellence Award, Secretary of Veterans Affairs Commendation, and the Secretary of Defense Meritorious Civilian Service Award. During her military service, she was recognized with the Legion of Merit, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, and the Army Achievement Medal.
